Hi! I’m Elaine. I’ve been building, scaling and transforming People cultures for the past 20 years.

I’m proud of the successes I’ve been able to bring some of the companies that I've worked at. Most recently, I helped build and grow a company to be the #1 company in the country within a new, noisy, and nascent industry. But what I’m most proud of, are the opportunities I’ve had to mentor, develop, and coach executives and teams who move through their careers to inspire teams and are leaders. That’s the impact and intention that I’m here for.

What sets me apart is my unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of people's behaviours and their role in an organization. My ultimate goal is to help individuals and organizations design systems and processes that enable people to achieve their full potential. And, I'm really passionate about helping others focus, reflect, and start from within.

I work with leaders at all levels to foster an inclusive and diverse experience for themselves and their teams.

I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the greatest companies including EA Sports, Roxy/Quiksilver, Aritzia, Hootsuite, Finning and Pure Sunfarms.

During my time in these companies, I’ve worked with and experienced unique buisness operations related to Tech (gaming & startups), retail/wholesale & eCommerce, mining & agriculture, CPG and manufacturing.

With Intention is a culmination of everything I’ve done.

My main goal is two-fold, particularly as we navigate and prepare for the ever-evolving world of work:

Firstly, to modernize People practices at companies by building and engaging teams that are motivated by a compelling cause.

Secondly, to equip our current and future leaders with capabilities that inspire and engage. I design these capabilities with intention, ensuring positive impact and influence.
